Unearthing Courage: A Therapy Group for Parents
Four-Month Series – Begins January 18
Parenting is as hard as it feels. Being in relationship with a child who has experienced trauma creates added complexities in families. Parents deserve a supportive space to grieve, recover, and find healing from these experiences. We are all doing the best we can with the resources we have. In this experiential therapeutic group, parents will find community amidst these complexities, unearth the roots of internalized blame, improve self-compassion and emotional presence, and gain a new perspective in their parenting journey. Abigail Esquivel, LCSW, RPT-S and Kellee Clark, LMFT, RPT will be co-facilitating this group and bringing their combined 17 years of experience of helping families heal and thrive.
