Research has found that there is power behind healing together in a group setting, especially after the last two years of isolation. Group therapy environments can often become the safe space folks need to reflect, share, and heal and can complement individual therapy or be wonderful on their own. We offer groups for all ages and varying interests, from teen groups to parenting groups to art processing groups and more!
